Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

  1. Initiate Your Return: Start by contacting our customer service team at Support@wanahaonline.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging, including the RA number and a completed return form. If you no longer have the return form, download and print it here.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your RA email. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure your return is received. Wanaha is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
