Domestic Orders:

Validity: All products purchased from www.wanahaonline.com can be exchanged or refunded if received in a damaged condition, wrong size, or incorrect article within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked!

Conditions Qualified for Exchange or Refund: Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in original packaging. Excess fabric or embellishments from photoshoots are not included unless specified online. Claims without these criteria will not be valid.

Process of Online Exchange or Refund: Notify us within 7 days of delivery and share tracking details and your order number with our customer services team via phone number (+92) 335-0319-559, WhatsApp (+92) 335-0319-559, or email at support@wanahaonline.com. Use any of the approved courier services listed below and provide tracking details within 2 working days.

Approved Courier Services: TCS, LEOPARDS, M&P, BLUE EX, TRAX

Return Address: WANAHA, 910, Park Avenue Shahra-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi Shipping Costs: Borne by the customer.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued as a “coupon” for one-time use. If the item qualifies, a coupon will be provided.

Credit Card Transactions: If paid by credit card and qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned to the credit card used.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before processing. WANAHA may cancel orders for reasons like out-of-stock items, defective articles, or declined payments.

International Orders: Contact customer services for damaged or incorrect items via phone number (+92) 335-0319-559, WhatsApp (+92) 335-0319-559, or email support@wanahaonline.com, providing your order number and images of the issue. Orders cannot be edited or canceled after processing or dispatch. Refusal at delivery does not qualify for a refund. Customs issues are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds for canceled orders before dispatch will be returned to the original credit card.

Accuracy of Content: We ensure accurate content and prices at the time of publishing. Orders are accepted if there are no material errors. Packaging and colors may vary.

Order Acceptance: Confirmation begins with an email and phone call. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the ordered product(s).

Delays: We strive for timely deliveries but are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Placement: International customers can pay via bank transfer. Orders are on hold for 36 hours after confirmation. Payment after 36 hours requires confirmation of product availability. Orders within Pakistan can use Cash on Delivery up to PKR 49,999, with advance payment required for orders above this amount.
